    Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Skyline Builders requesting approval of a Use Variance to request a Allow Inside Storage in a R-2 on property located at McClellan St. Between Hackleman & Beyer and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

    Lots 1-6

    This hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana on Monday, September 23, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the above address prior to 12:00 noon on the day of the hearing. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of City of Warsaw, should contact the office of Jeremy Skinner, 102 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, IN 46580/phone (574) 372-9550, as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
