Chew; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22nd day of October, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
PARCEL I: Lots Numbered 11 and 12 in Lakeview Park in Prairie Township, Kosciusko County, State of Indiana; and
PARCEL II: Lots Numbered Twenty-three (23) and Twenty-four (24) in Lakeview Park in Prairie Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
