    Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the Kosciusko County Solid Waste Management District will meet at 220 South Union Street, Warsaw, Indiana at 11:30 AM on September 17th, 2019 to discuss Request for Proposal for Kosciusko County Recycling Drop Off Contract with potential bidders.
