    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree directed to me from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1904-MF-000048 wherein Lake City Bank was Plaintiff, and Sherry L. Gigous, Town of Leesburg Sewage Works Department, Asset Acceptance, LLC, Autovest, LLC, and United States Department of Agriculture Rural Housing Service were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 22nd day of October, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana:

    Lot Number Thirty One (31) in the Original Plat of the Town of Leesburg.

    Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
