    Notice is hereby given that Jay Wildman has filed with the Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals of Warsaw,Indiana, a petition requesting a Variance from Development Standards to the zoning regulations, to wit:

    Description of Premises Affected:

    903 Glee miner

Description of Action Requested:

    Detached Garage in Front Yard.

     The petition and file on this matter are available for public inspection during the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at Building and Planning Department in the Engineering Office at 102 S. Buffalo Street in Warsaw, Indiana. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of City of Warsaw, should contact the office of Jeremy Skinner, 102 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, IN 46580/phone # (574) 372-9550, as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.

    This hearing will be held by said Board of Zoning Appeals on Monday, September 23, 2019, at 7:00 pm, at Council Chambers in the City Hall Building, at which time all interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in the petition. This notice is sent to you as an owner of property in the general area affected by this petition or an interested party by order of the Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals.
