NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1904-MF-000045 wherein Plaza Home Mortgage Inc. was Plaintiff, and Kenneth Demars, Jr., AKA Kenneth B. Demars, Jr., AKA Kenneth Demars and Town of Milford were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22nd day of October, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Office at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lot 3 in Block 2 of Matthews Addition to the Town of Milford, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 130, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
More commonly known as: 205 North West Street, Milford, IN 46542
Parcel No. 43-03-08-200-213.000-028
Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
