    Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by David Caswell Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From an Agriculture District to an Agriculture 2 District, The Following Real Estate, located on South Side of 200 S. & 0’ West of 600 W.  Key # 013-128-001

    And Described As Follows, To Wit:

    A tract of land in the northeast quarter of section 29, township 32 north, range 5 east, Harrison Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:

    Commencing at a bronze marker at the northeast corner of the northeast quarter of said section 29, being within the right-of-way of County Road 200 South; thence south 89 degrees 09 minutes 19 seconds west, (basis of bearings established by INDOT VRS base, using Indiana east NAD83 coordinate system), along the north line of said northeast quarter and within said right-of-way, 208.71 feet to a PK nail and the point of beginning; thence south 00 degrees 50 minute 42 seconds east, parallel with the east line of said northeast quarter, 208.71 feet to a long cap pin; thence north 89 degrees 09 minutes 19 seconds east, parallel with said north line, 208.71 feet to a PK nail on said east line and within the right-of-way of County Road 600 West; thence south 00 degrees 50 minutes 42 seconds east, along said east line and within said right-of-way, 1172.74 feet to a mag nail;  thence south 89 degrees 47 minutes 33 seconds west, 584.00 feet to a McCrea Cap Pin; thence north 00 degrees 50 minutes 42 seconds west, parallel with said east line, 568.00 feet to a McCrea Cap Pin; thence south 89 degrees 09 minutes 19 seconds west, parallel with said north line, 137.00 feet to a McCrea Cap Pin; thence north 00 degrees 52 minutes 53 seconds west, 805.26 feet to a mag nail on said north line and within said County Road 200 South, right-of-way, thence north 89 degrees 09 minutes 19 seconds east,along said north line and within said right-of-way, 512.74 feet to the point of beginning, containing 20.00 acres, more or less.

    This Change Is Requested To Permit the Above Described Real Estate to Be Used For The Purpose of

Agricultural 2 Uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance

    This Hearing Will Be Held in the Commissioners Room in the Kosciusko County Court House, 100 W Center St., Warsaw In On Wednesday, November 6, 2019 At 1:00 P.M.

    All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard.  Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
