    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-1905-MF-54 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Sandra K. England, Betty and Brad Stahl d/b/a Stahl Properties were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 26th day of November, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Office at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    Tract I: A tract of land in the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 33 North, Range 5 East, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the East Fifteen acres of the South 30 acres of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 8, and running thence East 6 rods for the principal place of beginning of this description; thence North 13 rods; thence West 6 rods; thence North 200 feet; thence East 10 rods; thence South 414.5 feet to the centerline of County Road 600 North; thence West 4 rods to the place of beginning.

    Except: A tract of land in the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 33 North, Range 5 East, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the East Fifteen acres of the South 30 acres of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 8 and running thence North 264 feet for the principal place of beginning of this description; thence continuing North 150.5 feet; thence East 10 rods; thence South 150.5 feet; thence West 10 rods to the principal place of beginning.

    Tract II: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the following described tract: The East Fifteen acres of the South 30 acres of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 8, Township 33 North, Range 5 East; thence North 13 rods; thence East 6 rods; thence South 13 rods; thence West 6 rods to the place of beginning.

    Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
