    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1809-MF-000090, wherein CommunityWide Federal Credit Union was Plaintiff, and Ricci L. Moore and Cindy L. Moore were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 26th  day of November, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the lobby of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, 221 W. Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of the following real estate in St. Joseph County, Indiana:

    Lot Number Thirty-Five (35) in Timberline Addition, Section IV, as shown in the Plat Book 8, Page 63, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana [,]

    commonly known as 865 N. Timberline Circle W., Warsaw, Indiana 46580

    Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.

    The Sheriff’s Department does not warrant the accuracy of the street address published herein.
