By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1905-MF-000056 wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, d/b/a Christiana Trust, as indenture trustee, for the CSMC 2016-RPL1 Trust, Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2016-RPL1 was Plaintiff, and Lanetia M. Christner, Lyna A. Moriarty, Layne R. Leeper, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for M&I Bank FSB, its successors and assigns, and Unknown Occupants were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 26th day of November, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Office at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lot Numbered 1 in Block Numbered 3 in the plat of Piper's Melody Acres, excepting therefrom the following described tract:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot Numbered 1 in Block Numbered 3 of Piper's Melody Acres, and running thence South 68 degrees 33 minutes West on the South line of Lot 1, a distance of 3.5 feet; thence North 89.9 feet to the North line of Lot 1; thence South 67 degrees 47 minutes East, 7.2 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot Numbered 1; thence South 2 degrees 26 minutes West, 87.2 feet to the place of beginning.
