Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by Nick Deeter Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From a Residential District to a Agricultural District, The Following Real Estate, located on South Side of 400 N. & 0’ East of Prairie St. Key # 029-114-015
And Described As Follows, To Wit:
Part of the northwest quarter of section 29, township 33 north, range 6 east, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Beginning on the north line of said northwest quarter, at a PK nail situated north 89 degrees 55 minutes east, a distance of 208.71 feet from the northwest corner of said northeast quarter; thence north 89 degrees 55 minutes east, on and along said north line, being within the right-of-way of County Road 400 north, a distance of 6008.82 feet to a PK nail at the northwest corner of a certain 3.41 acre tract of land as recorded in Document Number 9501-0548 in the office of the recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence south 00 degrees 00 minutes 41 seconds west, on and along the west line of said 3.41 acre tract of land, a distance of 286.43 feet to an iron pin at the southwest corner of said 3.41 acre tract; thence south 00 degrees 03 minutes 20 seconds east, a distance of 341.57 feet to an iron pin found on the north line of the plat of Monoquet Gardens, as recorded in plat book 4, page 123, in the office of said recorder, thence south 80 degrees 00 minutes 20 seconds west, on and along said north line, a distance of 806.57 feet to a PK nail on the west line of said northwest quarter;thence north 00 degrees 18 minutes west, on and along said west line, being within the right-of-way of Prairie Street, a distance of 432.11 feet to a PK nail situated south 00 degrees 18 minutes east, a distance of 208.71 feet from the northwest corner of said northwest quarter; thence north 89 degrees 55 minutes east, parallel to the north line of said northwest quarter, a distance of 208.71 feet to a rail post found; thence north 00 degrees 18 minutes west, parallel to the west line of said northwest quarter, a distance of 208.71 feet to the point of beginning.
