Warsaw High School Class Of 1953

The Warsaw High School Class of 1953 met for lunch March 18 at Richards Restaurant.

Those present were and Roger and Carol Conway Stump, Chris Grow Fox, Ken Schaaf, and Larry and Corathel Alspaugh McConnell.

The next meeting of the class will be at 11:30 a.m. April 15 in Richards Restaurant.



Warsaw High School Class Of 1959

The Warsaw High School Class of 1959 met for lunch March 20 at American Table restaurant.

Those attending were Deanna Gregory, Howard Smith, Janet Chiddister, Doug and Linda Konkle, Chuck and Joyce Wood, Bonnie Adams, David and Mary McCleary, Fay Wagner, Dick Krebs, Tom and Sarah Maze, Jerry and Shelby Aylor, Dennis and Millicent Andrews, Priscilla Conley, and Susan Brown.

The class’s next get-together will be its 60-year class reunion?July 12-13.



Wawasee High School Class Of 1969

Wawasee High School’s first graduating class (1969) will celebrate its 50-year reunion June 29 at the North Webster Community Center banquet hall.

The event will begin at 6 p.m.

Invitations go out April 6. If you were in the class of 1969 and don’t receive an invitation, contact Janna Adair Stollery at 574-339-5579 or Tina Sellers Reid at 574-202-8300.

Classmates and friends are encouraged to attend.

Homestead and Warsaw met at the Tiger Soccer Complex Wednesday night in a battle of two of the top teams in the northern half of the state. The game was ultra competitive with both sides putting together plenty of chances, but no goals, with the game ending in a 0-0 tie.

County Issues Burn Ban Effective Immediately
Kosciusko County issued a burn ban effective at noon Wednesday. Neighboring Marshall and Fulton counties already had a ban in place.
