Euchre Tourney Sign-Up Deadline Is Thursday

SILVER LAKE – A euchre tournament for seniors is planned March 29 at the Silver Lake Lions Club Building.

There is no entry fee for the tournament, which is open to seniors 60 and older. Light refreshments will be provided, and non-cash prizes will be awarded to the winners.

The tournament will go from 6 to 9 p.m. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., with tournament instructions beginning at 5:50 p.m.

Seating is limited; participants must register by Thursday. Call 260-450-2416 to sign up.

The tournament is sponsored by the Silver Lake Nutrition Site and Silver Lake Lions Club.

The Lions building is at 108 N. Harrison St., Silver Lake.

County Issues Burn Ban Effective Immediately
