A seminar for farmland owners to learn management strategies will be held at 6:30 p.m. March 26 at the Purdue Extension Kosciusko County Office, 202 W. Main St., Warsaw.

Topics include:

• Should I keep the farm, or sell it?

• How do I manage a farm?

• What are key lease provisions?

• What legal considerations do I have with this decision?

• How do we manage family communications and expectations?

 The workshop will assist new landowners in making the best informed decision they can about this asset.

Pre-registration is re-quested by March 19.  A light dinner will be served from 6 to 6:30 p.m. The registration fee is $20 per person or $30 for two from the same family.
