SYRACUSE – "Christ's Passion" will be presenting its 15th season this spring at Quaker Haven Camp and the production is looking for people to be a part of it.

A release from the production team states it is “looking for disciples, Roman soldiers, townspeople, merchants and other roles” plus people to work behind the scenes as lighting/sound/stage crews.

Auditions are 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday and 5:30 to 7 p.m. Monday.

All who come will be a part of the cast.

“Come experience being in the streets of Jerusalem over 2,000 years ago when the young rabbi Jesus came for the Passover celebration. Be one of the witnesses of the miracles and great teachings,” the release states.

Persons of all ages and walks of life come together to portray the many faces of Jerusalem. These are people who do not have special training in theater, enjoy coming together to share the story of Jesus during the Passover week and the events that unfold.

Rehearsals are on Mondays, beginning on Monday, from 7 to 9 p.m.

All rehearsals and performances will be held in the Activities Center at Quaker Haven Camp on Dewart Lake south of Syracuse, at the crossroads of CRs 900N and 500E.

Anyone interested should go to Quaker Haven Camp and ask for director Elaine Pearson.

Performances are April 12, 13, 14, 19 and 20.

For more information, call Pearson at 260-856-2287 or Quaker Haven Camp at 574-834-4193.
