    Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by John Ward Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From an Industrial 2 District to an Industrial 3 District, The Following Real Estate, located on East Side of SR 15 & 670’ North of 1350 N in Van Buren Twp. 13730 N SR 15 Milford

    And Described As Follows, To Wit:

    A tract of land in the northeast quarter of section 5, township 34 north,range 6 east, more particularly described as follows:

    Beginning at an iron pipe on the west right-of-way of the New York Central Railroad, 1,160 feet south of the north line of said section 5; thence south along the west right-of-way of said New York Central Railroad, 938 feet to an iron pipe on the north right-of-way of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad 717.7 feet to an iron pipe on the east right-of-way of State Road 15; thence north 35 degrees 50 minutes east along the east right-of-way of said State Road 15, a distance of 862.2 feet to an iron pipe; thence north 30 degrees 3 minutes east along the east right-of-way of said State Road 15, a distance of 193.2 feet to an iron pipe; thence north 88 degrees 52 minutes east, 114.9 feet to the point of beginning, and said to containing per previous deed,8.96 acres, more or less.
