By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 3 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1907-MF-000079 wherein Ruoff Mortgage Company, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Enchanted Hills Community Association, Inc. and Tammy L. Shively were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th day of January, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

Tract II: Lot Numbered 94 Section AIA as shown on the recorded Plat of Enchanted Hills and Boat Lot Number 94B Section AIA as shown on the recorded Plat of Enchanted Hills, as recorded in Plat Book 6, page 14 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
