NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court III of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1712-MF-125 wherein Lana M. Wilson was Plaintiff, and Juan A. Perales, Jeffrey J. Perales, National Collegiate Student Loan Trust and Snow & Sauerteig, LLP, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on February 25, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Kosciusko Sheriff’s Office, 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
A tract of land in the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 34, Township 32 North, Range 7 East, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning 21 rods South of the Northeast corner of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of said Section aforesaid, and running thence South 90 feet for the true place of beginning; thence South 80 feet; thence West 20 rods; thence North 80 feet; thence East 20 rods to the true place of beginning.
Also, beginning 31 rods and 5 feet South of the Northeast corner of the West Half of said Northwest Quarter running thence West 330 feet along the South line of the real estate above described; thence South 77 1/2 feet; thence East 330 feet; thence North 77 1/2 feet to the place of beginning.
More commonly known as: 530 South First Street, Pierceton, IN 46562

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
