    TO: Steven R. Hutchinson and any other persons claiming an interest in the real estate described herein:

    YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiffs have filed an action in the Kosciusko Superior Court No. 1 asking the Court to quiet title to certain real estate described as follows:

    A  PART  OF  THE  NORTHEAST  QUARTER  OF  SECTION  17,  TOWNSHIP  34 NORTH, RANGE 7 EAST, TURKEY CREEK TOWNSHIP, KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS TO-WIT:

    BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 18 IN THE PLAT OF WAWASEE EXECUTIVE ESTATES, THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG THE NORTHERN EXTENSION OF THE WEST LINE OF LOT 18 IN THE PLAT OF WAWASEE EXECUTIVE ESTATES A DISTANCE OF 45 FEET MORE OR LESS TO A POINT OF INTERSECTION OF SUCH EXTENSION WITH THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF STATE ROAD NUMBER 13 (BEING A POINT APPROXIMATELY 40 FEET SOUTH OF AND PARALLEL WITH THE CENTER LINE OF SAID STATE ROAD NUMBER 13); THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ON AND ALONG THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF STATE ROAD NUMBER 13, THE SAME BEING A CURVE TO THE LEFT, A DISTANCE OF 190 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO A POINT WHERE THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF STATE ROAD NUMBER 13 INTERSECTS WITH THE NORTHERN BOUNDARY LINE OF LOT 18 IN THE PLAT OF WAWASEE EXECUTIVE ESTATES; THENCE WESTERLY ON AND ALONG THE NORTHERN BOUNDARY OF LOT 18 IN THE PLAT OF WAWASEE EXECUTIVE ESTATES, A DISTANCE OF 190 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.

    If you claim an interest in the real estate described herein, you or your attorney must file a response to Plaintiffs’ complaint not later than thirty (30) days following the last date of publication of this Notice.  If you fail to respond to Plaintiffs’ complaint, the Court may grant Plaintiffs the relief requested.
