Against the property commonly known as 1484 Dove Ln, Milford, IN 46542-9051 and described as follows:
Lot Numbered Twenty-three (23) in the plat of Bluebird Acres, 1st Addition, as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 100, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendants:
United States of America Department of Housing and Urban Development and The Unknown Tenant
This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown:
The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Nellie Metcalf, Deceased
If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer or response.
