    Notice is given hereby that THE TOWN OF WINONA LAKE, INDIANA by and through its Town Council (hereinafter referred to as the OWNER) will receive sealed proposals for the construction of

2019 WINONA LAKE STREET RESURFACE AND REPAIR

WINONA LAKE, INDIANA

    The work will consist of asphalt milling, tack coat, placing asphalt pavement, concrete curb and gutters and associated street maintenance work at Ten (10) locations within the Corporate Limits of Winona Lake, IN. Approximately 9,960 tons of asphalt surface will be required. Bidding instructions, projects locations, descriptions, specifications and estimated quantities or work are available at the Winona Lake Town Hall. All authorized work should be completed by June 30, 2020.

    Sealed bids for construction will be received at the Winona Lake Town Hall, 1310 Park Avenue, P.O. Box 338, Winona Lake, Indiana 46590, until:

    Friday, December 13, 2019  1:30 p.m. (local time)

    Bids will be opened and read aloud at the aforesaid time and place.     Bids received after the aforesaid time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Interested parties are invited to attend.

    One (1) copy of the Project Manual may be obtained from the Winona Lake Town Hall, 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake, IN 46590, Phone:  (574) 267-7581
