By virtue of a certified copy of a decree directed to me from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1908-MF-000086 wherein Lake City Bank was Plaintiff, and Chris A. Keener was the Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 28th day of January, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana:
