By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1906-MF-000065 wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper was Plaintiff, and Aaron M. Mcpherson, AKA Aaron Mcpherson and Jennifer C. Mcpherson were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th day of January, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Office at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lot Numbered Eighty (80) in Village Annex Section I, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 71, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
More commonly known as: 604 South Manor Drive, Syracuse, IN 46567
Parcel No. 43-04-07-100-104.000-026
Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
