    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1907-MF-000074 wherein The Money Source Inc. was Plaintiff, and Brett Mitchel, AKA Brett R. Mitchel and Nina M. Williams were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th day of January, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Office at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    Part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 34 North, Range 7 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

    Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence South, on and along the West line of said Northwest Quarter, a distance of 722.8 feet; thence North 89 degrees 47 minutes East, a distance of 757.75 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing North 89 degrees 47 minutes East, a distance of 375.0 feet to a P.K. nail found on the centerline of the Syracuse-Webster Road; thence South 35 degrees 39 minutes East, on and along said centerline, a distance of 108.0 feet; thence South 61 degrees 40 minutes West, a distance of 497.6 feet; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes East (recorded North), a distance of 322.5 feet to the true point of beginning.
