Public Notice Dated 11/13/19:  Merchants Metals, Inc., 71347 CR 23, New Paris, IN 46553 is submitting an NOI letter for our facility to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-6 to discharge stormwater exposed to industrial activities.  Run-0ff from the facility will discharge to the Kieffer Ditch.  Questions or comment should be directed to Brad Belcher at the above-mentioned Merchants Metals address.
