By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1901-MF-000003, wherein BankUnited N.A. was Plaintiff, and Shane T. Carter, et al., were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 28th day of January, 2020 at the hour of 10:00 AM of said day at the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana:
Land situated in the County of Kosciusko, State of Indiana, is described as follows:
Lots Number 7 and 8 in Baker's Addition to the Town of Etna Green, Indiana, as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 335, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
State Parcel No. 43-05-27-300-082.000-004
More Commonly known as: 126 Cherry Street, Etna Green, IN 46524
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
All sales are subject to any first and prior liens, taxes and assessments legally levied and assessed thereon. Neither the Sheriff nor the Plaintiff in this case warrants either expressly or implied any title, location or legal description of any real estate sold at the sale.
