NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING STATE OF INDIANA KOSCIUSKO COUNTY SS:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF KOSCIUSKO COUNTY

IN RE:  THE PETITION OF JENNIFER JOHNSON, MELISSA HUNTER, AND JACQUELIN SIMS

TO THE CITIZENS OF KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA

    You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed with the Board of Commissions of Kosciusko County, Indiana by Jennifer Johnson, Melissa Hunter, and Jacquelin Sims requesting a vacation by ordinance of a certain undeveloped and unimproved right-of-way located in the Plat of Roy Hohman Subdivision on Yellow Creek Lake, Kosciusko County, Indiana, and more particularly described as follows:

    Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 7 in Roy Hohman Subdivision on Yellow Creek Lake, thence Southward to the Northwest corner of Lot 13 in Roy Hohman Subdivision; thence Eastward along the North line of Lot 13 to the Northeast corner of Lot 13; thence Northward to the Southeast corner of Lot 7; thence Westward along the South line of Lot 7 to the Point of Beginning. Alternatively, this describes the portion of a platted roadway lying between the South line of Lot 7 and the North Line of Lot 13, both in Roy Hohman Subdivision on Yellow Creek Lake, Kosciusko County, Indiana, and being an approximate rectangle approximately 40 feet East to West and 25 feet North to South.

    You are hereby notified that the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County, Indiana has set the above petition for hearing at 9:00 a.m. on September 17, 2019, at the Kosciusko County Board of Commissioners Meeting Room in the Kosciusko County Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, 46580.  Any person may appear and be heard upon the petition at the time, date, and place above scheduled for hearing and/or may send written comments or response to the Auditor of Kosciusko County, Indiana prior to the above time and date set for hearing. After hearing the petition may be granted, denied or continued, and an ordinance may be introduced and passed according to law, providing for the vacation of said real estate.
