Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Courtney Whetstone requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit continuation of existing rental status as the new owner of 1215 Biblers on her property which is located at 1215 Biblers, more particularly described as follows: 006-072-032.
The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 26th day of August, 2019 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
