YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 13th day of August, 2019, Christopher J. Hale filed a Verified Petition for Issuance of Tax Title Deed for the following described real estate situate in Kosciusko County, Indiana, to-wit:
A tract of land located in the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 32 North, Range 5 East, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot Number Twenty (20) in the Plat of Bruner’s Lakeview Park, First Addition on Palestine Lake, being a joint corner with Lot Number Nineteen (19) in said addition; thence Northwesterly 40 feet, more or less on the extension of the Southwesterly line of said Lot Number Twenty (20) in said Addition extended Northwesterly at its original bearing to the Northwesterly right-of-way of the 40 foot wide road on said plat for the Principal Place of Beginning; thence in a Northwesterly direction on said Southwesterly line extended of said Lot Twenty (20), 150 feet; thence in a Northeasterly direction to a point on the extension of the Northeasterly line of said Lot Twenty (20), extended in a Northwesterly direction at its original bearing, 150 feet Northwesterly of the Northwesterly right of way line of said 40 foot road; thence in a Southeasterly direction on the said extension of the Northeasterly line of said Lot Twenty (20), 150 feet to the Northwesterly right of way line of said 40 foot road in said plat; thence Southwesterly along said Northwesterly right of way line, 54 feet more or less to the Place of Beginning.
