By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1904-MF-000041 wherein Metropolitan Life Insurance Company was Plaintiff, and Michael Conley, solely in the capacity as Personal Representative of the Estate of Rosemary Minnix a/k/a Rosemary Conley, LVNV Funding LLC and The Unknown Tenant were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of September, 2019 at the hour of a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
