NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY

    Harrison Lake Development, Inc. (32885 Cardinal Ct. New Carlisle, IN. 46552) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environment Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5) to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with their new facility located at the on the East side of Husky Drive 1500' +/- South of CR #200. Land disturbing activities are scheduled to commence in August 2019 and site construction should be completed in November 2020. Runoff from the project site will discharge to the Deeds Creek. Questions or comments should be directed to Steve Carlisle (574) 303-9315.
