Beginning at the North corner of Out Lot #1 in said Lucas Addition; thence South 51 degrees 02 minutes 31 seconds East, on and along the Northeast line of said Out Lot #1 and the Southwest right-of-way line of a railroad, 298.43 feet to a 4 inch steel fence post; thence South 08 degrees 02 minutes 39 seconds West 28.59 feet to an iron bar; thence North 88 degrees 39 minutes 15 seconds West, 228.13 feet to an iron bar; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, on and along the West line of said Out Lot #1 and the East right-of-way line of Thomas Street, 210.59 feet to the point of beginning.
