NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

    BY VIRTUE OF a certified copy of the In Rem Default Judgment and Order of Foreclosure and Sale directed to me by the Clerk of the Kosciusko Superior Court, Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1903-MF-000033 upon the docket of the Kosciusko Superior Court, wherein First Merchants Bank is Plaintiff and Caleb E. Stephens, et al. are Defendants, requiring me to sell the following described real estate and to apply the proceeds of said sale, to the extent necessary, to the payment of said Judgment, costs and accruing costs, and to account for the balance to whomsoever is lawfully entitled, and having served notice of this sale upon the owners claiming interest in the following described real estate, pursuant to the provisions of Indiana Code 32-29-7-1 through 14, including publication upon the owners whose whereabouts are unknown, I will expose for sale at public auction to the highest bidder on September 24, 2019 at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on that date at the Office of the Sheriff of Kosciusko County, 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the fee simple of the whole body of the following described real estate located in Kosciusko County, Indiana:

    Lot Numbered Twenty-four (24) in the plan of beginnings, Section 2, as recorded in Plat Book 12, page 20, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    More commonly known as:  102 Noah Street, Claypool, Indiana 46510

    Parcel No. 43-15-17-500-036.000-002

    Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
