Etna Green High School Alumni

ETNA GREEN – The 102nd annual Etna Green High School alumni banquet meeting is planned for May 11 at the Heritage Park Building in Etna Green.

A reception time to register, reminisce and look at Etna memorabilia will begin at 4:30 p.m. in the museum. Dinner will follow at 6 p.m. Cost is $18 per person. 

Honor classes for the evening are 1939, 1944, 1949, 1954 and 1959.

The meeting is open to anyone who ever attended Etna Green school, whether graduating or not. Those who would like to attend should send their send dinner reservations to Mary Ann Stine, _ecretary, 2979 N. 875 W., Etna Green, IN  46524, by April 30.



Warsaw High School Class Of 1954

The Warsaw High School Class of 1954 is having a luncheon at noon April 20 at Richards Restaurant, Warsaw.

Classmates are invited to bring a friend. 



Burket Alumni And Auxiliary

BURKET – A gathering of the Burket Alumni and Auxiliary is planned for noon April 27 at Teel’s Family Restaurant in Mentone.

Cost is $12 per person, payable at the door.

Invitations will not be sent this year as President Pat Shoemaker is in rehab at Miller’s Merry Manor with a fractured shoulder and hip. Alumni are asked to let classmates know of the change.

Homestead and Warsaw met at the Tiger Soccer Complex Wednesday night in a battle of two of the top teams in the northern half of the state. The game was ultra competitive with both sides putting together plenty of chances, but no goals, with the game ending in a 0-0 tie.

County Issues Burn Ban Effective Immediately
Kosciusko County issued a burn ban effective at noon Wednesday. Neighboring Marshall and Fulton counties already had a ban in place.
