Kosciusko Community Hospital Board of Trustees has selected Jae Dale  as its new chief executive officer, effective Oct. 15.

Dale brings over 20 years of hospital administration experience to KCH.

For the past seven years, Dale has served as chief executive officer of Oro Valley Hospital in Tucson, Ariz., where he provided operations oversight and led strategic initiatives. He has served in executive leadership roles with several California health care systems and has a knowledge of operations, strategic planning, physician collaboration and business development.

“Jae brings over two decades of hospital administration experience, as well as a deep understanding of the tremendous changes occurring across the health care landscape. He is a seasoned professional with a passion for ensuring that outstanding patient care is being delivered. Jae has a strong focus on quality and patient safety which are priorities across Lutheran Health Network,” said Lutheran Health Network Chief Executive Officer Mike Poore.

“Jae has gathered tremendous experience in large hospitals and has a vision for expanding care to serve patients locally. We look forward to Jae working with us to meet the health care needs of our community members,” said KCH Board of Trustees Chair Ron Robinson.

Dale received his MBA with distinction from California State University and his undergraduate degree in hospital administration from Concordia College in Minnesota.
