For those submitting portraits, it is the artist’s responsibility to obtain releases from their subjects. The library also reserves the right to refuse to display an entry based upon content, such as nudity.

Photographers must deliver their work during library hours Dec. 1 to 15. Bring entries to the adult reference desk. Entries will not be accepted after 2 p.m. Dec. 15.

Rules are available at the reference desk or on our website: www.warsawlibrary.org/photo-contest.htm.

Judging will take place the week of Dec. 17 and prizes will be awarded shortly afterward.

The photographs will be on display at the library from Dec. 29 through Jan. 31.
