Open House June 30 For Slabaugh's 90th Birthday

The family of Charlotte Mason Slabaugh, Etna Green, is hosting an open house on June 30 to celebrate her 90th birthday.

She was born June 4, 1928. George Slabaugh, born four days later, and Charlotte married after graduating together from Etna Green High School. They raised five children: Frank, Seth, Mark, Todd and Steve.

Charlotte has been active in the Church of Christ; an antique dealer; a bowler, golfer and card player; a fan of Triton High School and Indiana University sports;  a member of Daughters of the American Revolution and other organizations; and for many years she grew and canned her own food.

All who know Charlotte are invited to attend between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. June 30 at Matchette Square Bourbon Senior Center, 805 N. Harris St., Bourbon. Your presence will be Char’s presents.
