The Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Wednesday for Little Crow Lofts on the southeast corner of Detroit and Market streets in Warsaw. The former pre-packaged food manufacturing plant was converted to a 42-unit multi-family apartment building featuring one and two-bedroom apartments.
