Lake City Bank Announces Promotions

Lake City Bank recently announced three promotions within the company.

Amanda M. Longmire has been promoted to assistant vice president, deposit operations manager. In her new position, Longmire manages a team of deposit operations staff who support the daily operations of the bank and ensure quality customer service. She is also responsible for accurate transaction posting, customer reporting and compliance within the department. Longmire most recently served as an operations officer. She has been with the bank for 18 years.

Rick S. Hatcher has been promoted to vice president, director of properties management. In this role, Hatcher oversees the maintenance, renovation and building of all company properties as well as managing the bank’s property maintenance staff.  He has been with the bank since 1996.

Hatcher supports the United Way and the Kosciusko County Salvation Army.

Kim Orr has been promoted to assistant retail banking manager of the Mentone office. Orr assists the office manager in providing quality service and building customer relationships. She helps manage the daily operations of the office and handles loan requests. She has been with the bank for 22 years.

Orr attended International Business College – Fort Wayne.



Restaurant Construction To Begin Soon

Construction for the new Texas Roadhouse at 700 W. CR 300N in Warsaw should begin in the next two weeks, according to a legal notice to appear in the Times-Union.

According to the “Public Notice to Adjoining Land Owners,” construction will begin on or after June 15 and is scheduled to be completed by Dec. 31.



Lake City Bank To Build New Branch In Milford

Lake City Bank announced recently that it will build a new branch office in Milford to replace its current office.

The new branch is set to open mid-year 2019. The 2,000 square-foot office will be on the southeast corner of South Higbee (Ind. 15) and West Emeline streets in Milford. Lake City Bank entered the Milford market in 1984 with its current office at Higbee and Syracuse streets.

“We’re committed to our Indiana communities, large and small, and are pleased to continue to provide local banking services to our friends and clients in Milford,” said Kevin L. Deardorff, executive vice president, retail banking.

The new office will provide technology-driven banking solutions for business and retail clients as well as direct access to specialists in commercial banking, wealth advisory services, treasury management services, retirement services and merchant card services.
