The 102nd annual Lockwood family reunion is planned for Aug. 5 at Goshen Christian Church, 2133 Berkey Ave.

A carry-in meal will begin between 12:30 and 1 p.m.

Family members may bring family items such as an heirloom, quilt, news article or other item with its background/ history.

Officers for the 2018 reunion are: president, Charla Jo Bentz; vice president, Cindy Bradford; secretary/treasurer/historian, Sylva Keenan; and assistant secretary, Brenda Lockwood.



Warsaw High School Class Of 1953

Alumni from the Warsaw High School Class of 1953 met Monday in Richards Restaurant, Warsaw.

Those attending were Larry and Coraethel Alspaugh McConnell, Roger and Carol Conaway Stump, Chris Grow Fox, Janice Anglin Long, and Alden and Thelma Smith Clark.

The meeting will be at 11:30 a.m. Aug. 20 at the Boathouse, Winona Lake.



Warsaw High School Class Of 1956  

Members of the Warsaw High School Class of 1956 met Wednesday at Richards Restaurant, Warsaw.

Those attending were Sue Vanator Bolinger, Ken and Betty Carpenter, Janet Bowman Coughenour, Frank and Susan Elrod, Janice Cozzi Engelbreth, Jerry and Julia Frush, Dave Fuller, Harry and Barb Gigous, Martha Fawley Light, Dale Long, Jerry and Ruth Cameron Rathbun, and Bill and Molly Phillips Warren

The class’s next meeting will be at noon Aug. 15 at Richards. Teachers, friends and spouses of classmates are all welcome to attend.



Warsaw High School Class Of 1961

The Warsaw High School class of 1961 met for lunch June 27 at Mad Anthony’s in Warsaw.

Those present were Linda Roberts, Diane Poort, Viv Kelly, Connie Vancuren, Mike Kelly, Jim Miller, Brent Julien, Stan and Linda Phillips, guest Mary Keplinger, Bob Craig, Dave Wolkins, Bonnie Banghart, and Bob and Linda Hile.

The next get-together will be at noon Wednesday at The Lakes Grill, Silver Lake. All classmates, friends, spouses and teachers are welcome.
