Edith Marvel Marks 90 Years

Edith Edington Marvel will celebrate her 90th birthday on Monday.                                   

She was born July 16, 1928,  in "The Twilight" house in Winona Lake to Harry and Velma Edington.  She was the third of five children, namely: George Edington, Maybelle Medlam, Edith,  Sue Jefferies and Harry Edington Jr.

She grew up in the Winona Lake and Warsaw areas, and was a 1946 graduate of Warsaw High School.  

Edith has been a homemaker most of her life but had worked at Blue Bell and R. R. Donnelley.

She was married to Eugene Marvel for 68 years (he died March 13, 2015), and is the mother of three daughters: Joyce Garman, Judy Nichols and Janet Fifer. She has six grandchildren.
