The Syracuse Lakeside Park is the venue for an evening when our neighbors and local talents take the stage to share stories.
The Syracuse Library has a line-up of people that are reading poetry, telling stories and sharing favorite literature inspired by a story that was written 200 years ago, “Frankenstein.”
Bring a chair and come to the gazebo at 7 p.m. July 20. Teens and adults are welcome to take the mic on the night of the show.
Tuesdays at 2 p.m. bring special performances for families. The Potawatomi Zoo is bringing animals on Tuesday. The performers for the following weeks are the magician Kevin Wilson. There is prize money for a children’s singing contest.
A perennial favorite, Professor Steve with his zany science fun. Summer reading and special activities end on July 31.
There are four great weeks of make-it crafts on Mondays at 2 p.m. and around the world with Disney at 2 p.m. on Thursdays.
