August 1, 2018 at 7:54 p.m.
Adults have many activities in August at the Syracuse Public Library.
Scott Workman is bringing the gorgeous sounds of acoustic guitar for a concert at 6 p.m. Wednesday. A cheese bar and recognition of volunteers of the Syracuse Library starts the evening’s performance.
Workman teaches at both Grace College and Man-chester University that caps a lifetime of guitar playing.
Tuesday marks the beginning of a series of weekly support group meetings for people that want to de-clutter. The sessions begin at 1 p.m. with the doors closing at 1:05.
Anyone who wishes to attend the meetings is welcome to come to some or all meetings. A facilitator and another person experienced in personal management of their own stuff will guide the discussions.
