The Merling Trio will perform at the Warsaw Community High School Performing Arts Center at 7 p.m. Saturday as part of the Lakeland Community Concert Association’s 2017-18 season.

The trio is recognized as one of today’s premier ensembles, according to information provided by the LCCA.

Their fusion of violin, cello and piano has led them to be hailed as “a brilliantly distinguished group endowed with remarkable gifts of communication, magnificent precision and an impeccable blend of sound.”

The November LCCA concert will be Kubecca, featuring Rebecca Lowe on vocals and Kuba, an instrumentalist. That show is at 7 p.m. Nov. 4.

Kubecca returns to Warsaw, having last appeared here in 2014. Information provided states Kuba’s “penchant for esoteric instruments and Rebecca’s love of Broadway music bring together two phenomenal talents that will amaze everyone with a truly different show.”

In April, “Ireland’s Happy” Man Cahal Dunne performs at 7 p.m. April 6.

The last show of the season will be Prime Time Trio at 7 p.m. May 5.

Featuring Bobby van Deusen at the piano and vocals, bassist Steve Pikal and drummer Tony Martin, “this high-energy trio will perform a long list of familiar tunes, and involve the audience in a variety of ways including sing-a-long songs and non-stop fun on stage and in the audience.”
