The Wagon Wheel Center for the Arts announced auditions for youth for its next Wagon Wheel Jr. production.

It will be a Halloween-themed show to be determined after the auditions.

The Wagon Wheel’s Professional holiday show, “Miracle on 34th Street, The Musical,”?is from the writer of the musical “The Music Man!”?and based on the movie of the same name. “Miracle on 34th Street” features a book and score by Meredith Willson. Wagon Wheel is casting children’s chorus and the role of Susan. Susan is a singing/dancing leading role for a child actress.

Both shows will be auditioned at the same time. Fill out the form when you arrive stating which show or shows you wish to be considered for. You can audition for just the junior show, “Miracle on 34th Street”?or both.

Auditions will be at 10 a.m. Aug. 26 for ages 9 to 11, and at 11:30 a.m. for ages 12 to 18 at the Wagon Wheel Center for the Arts, 2515 E. Center St., Warsaw.

There is no need to prepare anything. Those who audition will be taught a short song.
