Improv Group, Magician In Syracuse July 27

Main on Main performs improvised comedy scenes and games based on audience suggestion and participation. Even the actors don't quite know what will happen each night, which makes a recipe for great comedy, according to a news release from the group.
Todd Lucas, member of Main on Main, said, "One of the best things about improv is the fact that there is no script. The actors totally create each scene we do on the fly, often with the help of some suggestions from the audience. It's always a total blast."
Main on Main consists of local performers from Syracuse, North Webster and Warsaw. This group has performed in South Bend, Goshen and Warsaw and is a multiple award winner at the Comedy Criminals Improv Festival at the Elkhart Civic Theatre.
Sherwin is a local magician/entertainer who performs sleight-of-hand and close-up magic as well as stage magic. He will be opening the show by performing his magic.
Main on Main will perform their show on July 27 in the Celebration Room at the Syracuse Community Center. Show time is 7:30 p.m., and doors open at 7 p.m.
Admission is free, but free-will donations will be accepted.
