Warsaw Performing Arts Center is continuing its 10th anniversary season with Dallas Brass performing at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 16.
Since its founding in 1983, the Dallas Brass has become one of the world’s foremost musical ensembles, according to a news release from the Warsaw PAC. The group has established a unique blend of traditional brass instruments with a full complement of drums and percussion, which creates a performing entity of extraordinary range and musical challenges, the release states.
The Dallas Brass repertoire includes classical masterpieces, Dixieland, swing, Broadway, Hollywood and patriotic music. The show will include some favorite Christmas tunes.
The Warsaw Community High School and middle school bands will provide a guest performance with the Dallas Brass.
Get tickets by logging on to the Warsaw PAC website at www.warsawpac.org or call the box office at 574-371-5040. Tickets are $18 for adults, $15 for seniors and $12 for students age 18 and under.
The Warsaw PAC is located at 1 Tiger Lane, Warsaw.
