TCU Trust Services Welcomes Lower

Teachers Credit Union recently announced that Tom Lower will join the TCU Trust Services Department. Tom brings 37 years of experience in the trust services field. Prior to joining TCU, Lower spent 15 years in the South Bend area and in Wabash communities. He has also managed trust departments in Rockford, Ill. and in Milwaukee, Wis.

Lower has worked with multi-generations of families with their trust services needs. He helped establish community foundations in Rockford and South Bend, helping many individuals and families to leave lasting memorials of their lives.

Lower graduated with a bachelor's degree in business from Indiana University Bloomington. He is also a graduate of the executive program in management from the University of Wisconsin. Some of his community activities include president of Rotary Club of South Bend, president South Bend Civic Theatre, founder and president of the Estate Counselors Forum, founding board member of the Community Foundation of St. Joseph County and member of the choir at St. Pius X Catholic Church. Lower currently resides in South Bend with his wife of 46 years. They have two adult children and four granddaughters.
