Soto Joins David C. Kolbe Law Firm

David C. Kolbe, P.C., Attorney at Law, is pleased to announce that Rebecca J. Soto has recently passed the Indiana Bar and has jointed the law firm as a full-time attorney.

Soto is a native of Northern Indiana, spending her high school years in Noble County.

She graduated from Grace College earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in criminal justice and psychology. Most recently Soto returned to Kosciusko County, where her family resides, after graduating from Villanova School of Law in Philadelphia, Pa.

Soto will be a general legal practioner and now is taking new clients. Her interests and experience are in criminal defense, estate planning, worker's compensation, complex civil litigation, federal tort claims and land/easement disputes.
