Lori Rockwell, broker/owner, announces the opening of Rockwell Realty Team LLC, a new real estate office in Syracuse. Rockwell has worked in the real estate business for 10 years, and has the experience and expertise necessary to assist buyers and sellers with their needs. Because of very low overhead, Rockwell Realty Team offers low commissions, and assures no transaction fees charged to their clients.

The company is not short in service, however, and has achieved success within its first week. Rockwell's clients receive one-on-one attention, and Rockwell Realty Team is a member of the Kosciusko Board of Realtors® along with the KBOR MLS system, which relays its listings to www.realtor.com, where the county's listings can be viewed online, and will also soon be found on Rockwell Realty Team's Web site at www.rockwellrealtyteam.com The company also advertises monthly in the Kosciusko County issue of Homes & Lifestyles, a real estate book in the area that also has a Web site, www.easysearch.com in which Rockwell Realty Team's listings may be viewed.

The benefits to buyers is that Rockwell can focus on finding the right home by doing automatic searches based on the criteria of home they are looking for. The listings are immediately e-mailed to the buyer, and Rockwell regularly makes contact as new potential listings become available. Buyers are presented with a bound booklet that outlines the buying process, from pre-qualification with a lender to closing, and is packed full of valuable information to empower and put the buyer at ease with the process.

Benefits to sellers includes a bound booklet that supplies the seller with pricing suggestions, Rockwell Realty Team's marketing plan, along with suggestions on how to present a home to it's fullest saleable potential. Another bound book will be placed at the property with valuable information about the home for prospective buyers to peruse as they view the home. Rockwell keeps in close contact with her sellers on a regular basis, and goes the extra mile to get homes sold as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Rockwell is committed to finding the best home for buyers and the best buyer for sellers and states that, "Working with people, finding them the right home, and assisting sellers in finding the best buyers is what I enjoy the most about working in real estate. Buying and/or selling a home can be a very stressful time, and it is very satisfying when I can alleviate some of the tension." Rockwell's motto is: "Low overhead + Low fees, high experience = High confidence, Complete service = Complete results."

Rockwell can be reached at the Rockwell Realty Team office at 574-658-4026, or by e-mail at [email protected]
